Hi everybody my name is talia clark and um i’m making this video because god told me to um this is a bit unusual for me because i never post the vlogs that i make but you know um i’m here i have obedience and so god has been putting this topic on my
Heart for a while and i’ve just been like pushing it off because i’m so not looking forward to talking about it but it’s okay um i know that i may receive backlash from this video and that’s fine that’s okay as well um so yeah basically
God had revealed to me a while back that um these sororities and fraternities are not of him and i personally felt like that was none of my business um because i was just like you know i’m not in any of these organizations so what does that have to do with me
I mean i was like pretty close to joining one but like i didn’t do it so i was like god you know this don’t have much to do with me but seeing as though you guys are his business i guess he decided to make mine so um basically he wanted me to
Talk about the processes and how they are pretty parallel the process of coming into christ in the process of getting into these organizations and i had to write this stuff down because some of the stuff um i couldn’t just remember um or i was talking about it and i kind
Of just like blanked on some of the important details so for my process with coming into christ um i won’t tell the entire testimony because it’s not it’s not what this video is about but um the process is pretty important so when i decided to come into christ i pretty
Much cried out to god because my life was just it was just not something that i you know my life wasn’t good it wasn’t good and so i cried out to god like you know i didn’t want to call on because he was my foundation
And so um i cried out to him and then he came to me and told me to give him my attention just like you know he asked for some of my attention and so i showed him he had my attention and by showing him that he had my attention i was just doing
Ridiculous stuff like i would probably try to read like 10 chapters a day in my bible just like just to show you guys you have my attention because i promise i don’t remember anything that i read but um yeah i just had to show him that um he
Had my attention that i was serious about it and so after i did that and showed him that i seriously wanted to just you know give him my life um he told me to get baptized i had to be reborn and so i was and after i was reborn
I had to start going through tests and trials because what a lot of people don’t tell you when you come into christ is that’s when that’s when the devil really be on your coattails a lot of people try to make it seem like oh it’s just you know a
Cakewalk your life is going to be rainbows and unicorns and no that’s when your life is hell basically you have you anyway so i had to start going through tests and trials and obedience god would tell me to do stuff that just didn’t make any sense to me but
It was basically showing him that i was submissive to him and whatever he told me to do i would just do it i mean now some things i was a little afraid to do so i just didn’t but it wasn’t like he just was like oh you’re not gonna do that i’m done
With you he was god is not the evil man upstairs which you guys decide to call him um but yeah it was a process and i had to be obedient to him and out of this this video i’m doing out of obedience and so um after i did like the obedience and i’m
Still going through trials and stuff but that’s when the real pruning started to happen when he took me into a like hidden place and um he began pruning me and reshaping me essentially breaking me from who this world had created me to be and rebuilding me into who he always
Created me to be and um he basically does that until he can look at you and see himself like until he looks at you and see that all of the bad i mean it’s a it’s going to be a process until jesus comes back nobody’s ever going to
Be perfect but it’s just like the burning process is basically getting rid of all of this stuff that is not useful in the kingdom and um you know allowing other fruits and stuff to grow in the place of the bad fruit um that was not benefiting the kingdom in any way
And so once i went through the pruning in the hidden season and everything that’s when i began to find my identity in christ like i know who i am in christ and um so like basically people in this world just try to tell you you need to do this or you need to
Become a doctor you need to do this and all this stuff and it’s like you never really if you never really stop to figure out who you are um whatever somebody tells you you just follow that and you just go along with it because you don’t really know who you are
But i was granted granted the opportunity of sitting with the creator the one who actually made me and allowing him to tell me who i am um and so that’s when i found my identity in christ and now i am coming out of the hidden place and am able to
Share my testimony and stuff with people and you know just basically proclaim jesus’s name to the world and just wrap it i mean now let’s just say let me just say that even while i’m going through this process i was still talking about jesus and telling people
About jesus and stuff but now i have different experiences um like i’ve experienced jesus in different ways that i couldn’t have spoken about before because i didn’t experience him in those ways before but now i can you know tell other people like and encourage them
Like he will make a way for you and just you know i i know jesus in a different way now basically um and so yeah so just telling the world basically that he saved my life and everything and then um now let’s just go over to the process of
Greek life and i know a lot of people are probably gonna oh how do you know you didn’t even join but you know my thing is last thing is one first of all i was i was pretty close to joining one and then i know people in these organizations like
And people want to make it seem like it’s just top secret no it’s not everything is out there so um for the process for the greek organizations and stuff it’s pretty much it looks pretty parallel to the process of coming into christ and you know not all of the chapters do
The same process and it’s like they may do it out of order uh but for the most part it’s pretty much the same thing so you attend the interest meeting and you know you have to go to all of these different meetings for each and every sorority
Slash return or sorority if you’re a girl fraternity if you’re a guy just to show that you know you can’t you have to be discreet um in the beginning so that you go to each and every one of the events and just show them that you’re interested in a greek return
To your sorority not just one specific one and so once you attend that entrance meeting then you start attending all of the events for the actual sorority or fraternity that you’re interested in and you start to show them that you that they have your attention
Um and so you start to go to all of these meetings and all of their events and stuff to show them that you’re serious about joining this organization and then after you go to all of the events and everything that’s when and like i said the uh process may vary
For different chapters but i mean it’s pretty much you know uh the same thing they send certain people a rush form you know um some people won’t get it and some people will i guess just depending on if you look like a good fit for their organization
And so once you receive the rush form you have to go into this interviewing process um and like they interview and see if like you’re a good fit for their sorority or fraternity um and pretty much after that interviewing process which you have to like literally dress up like you’re going to an
Interview a job interview and you know like you have to have all these different requirements like gpa and letters of recommendation and all of that stuff um and so after that happens that’s normally when the hazing process begins and i know a lot of people are
Non-hazing or i know a lot of people say that they’re non-hazing but we know the truth and then i know that some of them really aren’t hazing um they don’t hate us or whatever and so that’s when the hazing process begins for most people after um you know rush and everything and so
The hazing process is basically their pruning and obedience process they’re um the pro fights the big brother big sister type thing they tell you to they call you at all hours of the night or wee hours in the morning telling you to come do just random stuff just out of a
Sense of submission to them um some people are beating half to death some people have died during this process um and it’s just like they have you doing all these weird things and it’s like essentially they’re breaking you they’re breaking down your character but not in
A good way like god is breaking down of what the world has created you to be which is not who you are but he’s rebuilding you and reloading you into who you were always meant to be um and these sororities and fraternities they are trying to break your character um they’ll try to
Some of the abuse is psychological and some of it is physical some of them they just say stuff to you that’s just completely out of hand um and some of them like they actually will fight you like they will beat you and you don’t you better not fight back like
It’s just it’s it’s like it’s something else um so yeah you go through that hazing process and you’re supposed to be silent about it you don’t tell anybody about this process at all and that’s um the big red flag right there like if it’s anything done and like secret if
It’s done in the dark then it’s not of god because god is of light and he is pretty transparent you don’t you don’t hide anything when you’re with god now there’s some things that he be be quiet about that right now but later on it will come out but this whole process is
Secret like top secret you can’t tell anybody is underground type stuff and it’s just like that’s it’s not a god um and so yeah after that hazing process and everything they try to do the same thing they like you know try to beat you and you know mold you
Um until you look like what they feel like their brothers and sisters look like until they look at you and they like okay now you look like one of us and it’s like pretty much the same process with god and um just the that’s when after pacing and everything
Happens that’s in the probate and then you know you can proudly proclaim your letters and all of your colors and everything and then let’s just like one thing about these people in these organizations is you’re going to know they’re in these organizations they are going to wrap their organizations like never like
They’re gonna wrap these organizations just the way that we should do with jesus but a lot of people like to be closeted christians and we’re not gonna get into that on this video but um so yeah it’s just the fact that the processes are literally you know um they’re so parallel but
One thing that i’m a bit confused about when it comes to um greek life is that a lot of them like to say oh we’re founded on christian principles what are they um you know and that’s what i’m like uh people satan is real slick let’s just start there
First of all he’s he’s gonna copy every single thing that god does because he he can’t be original all he can do is try to be like god and so oh if he throws a little scripture in there that’s when people be like oh it has to be of god no
Satan was up in heaven he knows that bible from front to back you throw a little scripture i mean he knows scripture as well so people like to say oh we read the bible or we pray or whatever that’s fine that’s fine but that doesn’t mean that you are of god
Um and then it’s just like people um feel like it’s okay because their pastors and stuff are it and it’s just like no you have to have that relationship with god for yourself because you have no relationship with god for yourself he’s gonna let you know that something isn’t right um and then
I’m not even going to get into like the sense of the rituals and everything like that but if god leads you to that go ahead and check that out because even as far as that stuff it’s just it’s not of god at all um but yeah
Yeah that’s pretty much all that i have to say about that process and because you know i was like god what am i even gonna talk about like because there are so many videos talking about these sororities and fraternities and stuff but there are not many videos that draw the parallels between the
Process of coming to christ in the process of um joining these organizations and it’s pretty much parallel so it’s like you have basically made an oath with another god um if you’re going through all of that you just made a note with another god you’re serving another god and you can’t serve both
You can’t be lukewarm you can’t say oh i serve this and that no you have to either choose god or satan there is no in between um and so like when you get done watching this video if you watch it all the way through and
Whoever is for i pray that they see it but i mean if you’re going to be negative at this point it has absolutely nothing to do with me um it has everything to do with you and god at this point because i look inside of my hands i’m just being obedient to
The lord um but i would very i would very much say to take it back to god pray about it talk to him about it um and when i say god i’m talking about yahweh talk about talk to jesus i’m not talking about go ahead and pray to the uh
Ancestors or go ahead and win them tarot cards because all of it is taking it’s all satan um but yeah just go ahead and talk to god about it pray about it whatever whenever you hear anything uh about god if somebody’s saying that they’re sending a message from god or
You know relaying a message from god take it back to him i don’t care who it is never just take what someone says and run with it and so yeah um god is basically just saying choose you have the option to choose and this is not him coming down which is saying
I’m done with you because he’s giving you the option right now jesus he if he didn’t love you he would not be making me make this video but he’s warning you right now to choose him or satan but you cannot serve both of them and so
