Saying by this okay but this is what uh Seiko was preferring to okay he’s saying that at 11:30 so they’re saying they have him pinging or communicating with the tower that covers the King Road residence from 10:34 p.m. to 11:35 p.m. but yet at 11:37 p.m. he’s
Pulled over by by Daisy Duke and now his phone is pinging on the tower that covers that area but not 11:22 okay so what what Mcall is saying is he can’t be in the King Road neighborhood at 11:35 okay and then B at the intersection
Of so he can’t be in the King Road neighborhood here at 11:35 and then get to this intersection by 11:37 when his phone’s pinging on another or off another Tower right because this is 6 to S minutes away so what this means is he had to be somewhere over
Here to get to here in 2 minutes right from 11:35 to 11:37 he had to be somewhere over here here somewhere along this this line he had to be somewhere over here okay for that to be two minutes so he could not have been in here so he’s over here
Somewhere what’s over there I mean I don’t know but it’s not that there’s the golf course over there or bedum you know but he’s not in the 11222 King Road King Road and this this timing shows it now why wouldn’t law enforcement even consider this I don’t
Know do they have tunnel vision yes I think so I think they absolutely have tunnel vision at this point and that’s why I said this is in the least that kind of framing tunnel vision is a framing it’s a frame up it’s more of an unintentional frame up in the sense you
Didn’t go out and look for someone and say hey we’re going to pin this crime on them but it is a frame up nonetheless in that you are you know railroading because of your tunnel vision a uh an innocent person who’s not guilty of the

Same math once again 9:21 a.m. to 9:32 a.m. what do we have here that’s 11 minutes right let’s take a look at 11:22 King Road to so 1122 King Road to his home is a approximately 20 minutes that’s double 11 pretty much all right
So double the time how can he be at 1122 King Road or anywhere near it at 9:21 I’m sorry at um 9:21 and then be back at his apartment at 9:32 that’s 11 minutes that’s 11 minutes and yet here we have he’s 10 miles away and if you go 270 it’s 11.3 miles
Away and it’s 20 minutes and this is 21 minutes so it’s twice the amount of time there’s there’s no way that happens if he’s at 1122 King Road so no dice they have to know these discrepancies folks they have to know this and yet they put this forward

Defendant allegedly went up and and uh you know and said hey to him like he was his best friend that’s what the that’s what this uh witness said so that’s another time so we got two times there then we have that the phone can ping on
These towers and not be in Moscow so how many times did that happen Okay once we start whing down are there four uncounted four times or five un counted four times if there’s four to five un counted four times how could that be stalking seriously you think that’s
Going to be enough stalking to set this crime up if there’s no other evidence of him having any contact with these victims of him if there’s no evidence of him even knowing these victims none considering the prodigious electronic trail that we create for ourselves that there’s no evidence that he possibly even knew

Neighborhood his phone’s only communicating with that Tower and that Tower alone and that’s a poor indicator um of location it could be anywhere within that so if his phone was communicating with other towers as it was communicating with the tower that covers 1122 King Road that’s
