2026-27 Chapter Accreditation Program Launch
The chapter accreditation program helps chapters assess their strengths, identify areas for improvement, receive timely feedback, promote operational best practices, and recognize chapter achievement. Chapters submit information through myPhiDelt across six milestones throughout the academic year.
The 2026–27 chapter accreditation program is now live in myPhiDelt, and the first milestone is due August 31 at 11:59 p.m. local time. Do not wait until the deadline to get started. There is a significant amount of documentation to provide, so take time with your chapter officers to review the requirements, identify what needs to be completed, and begin compiling your materials.
As part of the chapter accreditation program, chapters are expected to meet the following seven minimum standards:
- Chapter size: 40 members or the campus average, whichever is lower.
- Risk Prevention Education: 90% of membership completes risk prevention education.
- Risk Management Affidavit: 90% of membership signs the risk management affidavit on myPhiDelt.
- Event Planning Forms: Six supported event planning forms are completed.
- Ritual: The chapter reads The Bond monthly, performs weekly chapter ritual, conducts a proper initiation ceremony, and maintains a full set of ritual equipment.
- Chapter GPA: The chapter GPA is at least 2.75 or the all men’s average, whichever is lower.
- Conference attendance: Conference attendance requirements are met, including five members at the 2026 Kleberg Emerging Leaders Institute, one member at the 2027 McKenzie Family Presidents Leadership Conference, and one member registered for the 2027 General Convention.

The guide includes a full breakdown of all due dates, report submissions, and minimum standards.
