Now Hiring: Senior Director of Chapter Support
The senior director of chapter support is responsible for leading and advancing the Fraternity’s chapter support strategy through relationship-centered service delivery, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and data-informed operational planning. This role provides strategic oversight for chapter support systems, health and safety and conduct administration, holistic chapter education, accreditation and accountability processes, volunteer engagement, and chapter performance initiatives while helping undergraduate chapters achieve sustainable operational success aligned with the Fraternity’s mission and values.
This position serves as a collaborative leader within the Chapter Support team by developing scalable support models, enhancing chapter support resources and processes, and strengthening relationships with undergraduate members, volunteers, and campus stakeholders. The senior director of chapter support also partners cross-functionally with growth, health and safety, member development, and volunteer leadership to improve chapter outcomes and create a consistent, high-quality support experience across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities
Service and Support Delivery Leadership
- Lead and continuously evaluate the Fraternity’s chapter support delivery model to ensure consistent, relationship-driven support and measurable chapter success outcomes
- Develop differentiated, scalable account management and chapter support strategies that adapt to each chapter’s needs, make-up, size, and sustainability and that strengthen chapter operations, volunteer engagement, and organizational trust
- Establish support expectations, communication cadences, and service standards across the Chapter Support team
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and operational efficiencies that enhance chapter support delivery at scale
- Own partnership with Dyad Strategies for Phi Delt Brotherhood Assessment and the organizations usage of the assessment across education and support efforts
Team Leadership and Strategic Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop chapter support staff through coaching, accountability, performance management, and professional development
- Create clear expectations and measurable goals for staff aligned with departmental and organizational priorities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Fraternity’s health, safety, and conduct efforts, ensuring chapter and individual accountability processes, risk prevention, and educational sanctions
- Manage departmental priorities and resource allocation to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives and chapter support efforts
- Foster collaboration and communication across internal teams to align support strategies and organizational objectives
Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with undergraduate chapters, province presidents, chapter advisory boards, house corporations, alumni volunteers, and campus professionals
- Serve as a strategic partner to volunteers, campus stakeholders, and university administrators, including fraternity/sorority life professionals, to address chapter operational challenges, strengthen institutional partnerships, and advocate for positive chapter outcomes
- Support volunteer engagement strategies that improve accountability, communication, and chapter performance
Chapter Performance and Accreditation Strategy
- Lead the strategic administration and ongoing improvement of the Chapter Accreditation Program and associated performance metrics
- Analyze chapter operational data and trends to identify areas for intervention, support, and organizational improvement
- Partner with chapter support staff to create and implement action plans that drive chapter success towards meeting and exceeding organizational expectations
- Develop systems for measuring chapter support effectiveness and long-term chapter sustainability
Resource Development and Organizational Collaboration
- Assist in the development and implementation of chapter support resources, operational guides, and educational materials for undergraduate officers and volunteers
- Collaborate with member development and growth teams to lead holistic educational efforts across the member and chapter experience, ensuring alignment of curriculum, training, and chapter-facing programming
- Support the planning and execution of leadership conferences, retreats, volunteer trainings, and organizational programs
- Assist in evaluating and enhancing support structures related to chapter philanthropy, volunteer engagement, growth, housing, and chapter operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of professional experience in higher education, fraternity/sorority life, association management, client success, account management, or related fields
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience required
- Knowledge of fraternity/sorority organizations and volunteer structures preferred
- Experience in relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and operational support strategies
- Ability to analyze data and implement strategic operational improvements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholder groups
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Membership in Phi Delta Theta or another fraternity/sorority organization preferred

Work Environments and Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel extensively for work, including nights and weekends
- Ability to facilitate presentations, trainings, and strategic meetings with undergraduate and volunteer audiences
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage high-volume operational responsibilities
